After more than 30 years, Police has been identified with some renowned ambassadors, such as David Beckham, Bruce Willis and George Clooney, to just name a few., This powerful dynamic brand style with its  metropolitan charisma,  has  emerged  into a full lifestyle brand.

For the past  39 years, the De Rigo brothers have always been at the cutting edge of the industry. Since 1983 they have been world leaders in fashion. Their journey first began with fashionable sunglasses followed by a range of perfumes in 1997. In 2003, the Police brand; an intricately carved quality design for both men and women was introduced.

Through the course of its history also emerged a stylish jewelry collection and  an assortment of trendy handbags.

The Police brand was founded in 1983 and has been known especially for their sunglasses with unique, modern and urban styles.

As of today 'The Rigo's Group' is responsible for manufacturing sunglasses and optics for 16 globally recognized brands such as Police, Lozza, Sting, Bluemarine, Carolina Herrara, Choppard, Dunhill, Escada, Fila, Furla, Lanvin, Nina Ritchi, Tous, Trussadi and  Zagig & Voltaire.

In 1997, the Police brand launched their new Fragrances for men and women. We find the perfumes of the Police brand in all major perfume shops on the European continent and in Canada, we find these perfumes in pharmacies such as Jean-Coutu, Familiprix and Brunet.

In 2003, the brand introduces their casual, urban and colorful Watches, which have been very successful around the world. 

Police watches are distributed in 80 countries and in Canada we can find the brand in more than 100 points of sales.

In 2005, high quality stainless steel and leather Jewelery line was created.

And finally, In 2007, bags and other leather goods completed the long list of products of the popular Italian brand Police.

The name Obaku’s  is inspired by  Asian Zen philosophy.

It’s elite collection and serene design focuses on the simple things in life; a sense of calmness. The simplicity of these creations are inspirated by two Danish desigers Christian Mikkelsen and Lau Liengård Ruge who create timeless designs

The story behind Obaku’s origin lies  a story about a Danish entrepreneur who exuberated great respect and appreciation for the Danish heritage design. Having met a Chinese business woman who; through  her Chinese culture traditions, had a unique understanding and passion for the Zen Philosophy.

It all began more than thirty-five years ago, when the two met and realized they shared the same interest,  a strong passion for meticulously crafted design watches, it wasn’t before long  they would produce their first watch. Thereafter, having  started a renowned international watch manufacturing company ,  they continue to expand.

After twenty-seven years of manufacturing watches for some of the best well-known brands in the world, the pair decided to launch their own brand.

Obaku, was officially launch in 2007.

Obaku would pay tribute to and take inspirations from the cultural and design traditions of the Danish and Chinese culture. Combining the classic Danish minimalist look with the cleanness and simplicity of Zen. 

The Fiori brand was originally founded in Italy, by a gentleman named, Armando Elbaz where it was then commercialized in Canada., After 30 years of existence, with a distribution in over 200 stores across Canada and having sold over half a million of watches; you could say Fiori had become a well establish brand in the Canadian market industry.

While living in Barcelona, Armando Elbaz was immerse in the horology industry at a very young age. As years went by, he had the opportunity to stand along-side some of the most influential businessmen, entrepreneur and horologist who had a good influenced in his intricate creations.

For several years, he managed and manufactured for well renowned companies in Europe and Canada. It wasn’t until 1988, did Armando Elbaz, decide to spread his wings and launch his own brand, which is known today as Fiori.

It is said that fashion trends recycle back every 20 years and that colours and textures change from season to season. Armando Elbaz let himself get inspired by the evolution of these trends. Thus, the inspiration of the name Fiori, meaning “flower” in Italian. Just like the beauty, complexity and intricate parts of a flower; it perfectly mirrors the fine details that go into creating a quality, timeless, performing watch. The name ‘Fiori’ was not chosen for what it stands for but for what it represents.

Through the years, he has been able to fine tune the complexity of its mechanism, making it today a high-end quality, timeless product. Fiori continue to stay on top of their game, by creating luxurious and trendy collections that progress time after time.

As Armando once said ‘A watch is more than just an accessory., it’s an identity, which is above all a product created with precision and passion.’
